Hi, I’m Carmen! I wear quite a few hats—I am a wife, a proud mom to three amazing kids, and the co-owner of Rock Valley Climbing. Climbing is my ultimate passion, and I have the absolute privilege of giving back to the community every day as the Vice President of SA Climbing. One of my favourite highlights has been touring international championships with the talented athletes of our youth Protea Team. When I am off the wall and taking a breather from the gym, you will instantly find me in my ultimate happy place: my garden, surrounded by my plants!
